Weyco Group, Inc. is a leading international designer and distributor of branded men’s, women’s, and children’s footwear. The company operates two segments, North American Wholesale Operations and North American Retail Operations, and has developed a portfolio of highly recognized footwear brands that include Florsheim, Nunn Bush, Stacy Adams, BOGS, and Rafters. Weyco Group products are distributed to approximately 10,000 footwear, department, and specialty stores, as well as e-commerce retailers in the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, Asia, and South Africa.

In addition to its wholesale operations, Weyco Group has four brick and mortar retail stores in the United States, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Westfield Garden State Plaza in Paramus, New Jersey, The Outlets at Orange in Orange, California, and North Bend Premium Outlets in North Bend, Washington. Weyco Group also has licensing agreements with third parties that sell its branded apparel, accessories, and specialty footwear.

Weyco Group was founded in 1906 as Weyenberg Shoe Manufacturing Company, and it changed its name to Weyco Group, Inc. in April 1990. The company is headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is listed on the Nasdaq. Weyco Group is led by President and CEO Thomas W. Florsheim, Jr. and Chairman Thomas W. Florsheim, Sr. and has approximately 700 full-time employees in the United States.
