Valvoline Inc. produces, markets and distributes engine and vehicle care products and services. It consists of two parts, Retail Services and Global Products. Additionally, it provides lubricants for cars, light-duty and heavy-duty, antifreeze/coolants for OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), functional and maintenance chemicals, including brake and power steering fluids, and specialty paint for vehicles and industrial settings; and oil and air filters for light-duty vehicles. The firm manufactures batteries, blade for windscreens, bulbs, serpentine belts, and drain plugs as well. Additionally, it manages Valvoline oil-altering facilities. By 30th September 2021, it owned and franchised approximately 1,594 oil-changing locations around the United States under the name Valvoline Instant Oil Change, and Great Canadian Oil Change in Canada. It presents service to motorcar sellers, general fix shops, and third-party oil hubs, and it is disseminated and accredited through distributors. The business began in 1866 and is based in Lexington, Kentucky. It has extended its reach to North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Asia Pacific and Latin America.
