Uranium Energy Corp.

Uranium Energy Corp. and its affiliates are involved in the searching, pre-separation, removal, and refinement of uranium and titanium concentrates in the U.S., Canada, and Paraguay. They have stakes in the Palangana mine, Goliad, Burke Hollow, Longhorn, and Salvo sites in Texas; Anderson, Workman Creek, and Los Cuatros in Arizona; Slick Rock in Colorado; Reno Creek in Wyoming; Diabase in Canada; and Yuty, Oviedo, and Alto Paraná titanium endeavors in Paraguay. The firm used to be designated Carlin Gold Inc. and rechristened itself Uranium Energy Corp. in the month of January in 2005. It originally came into existence in 2003 and is based in Corpus Christi, Texas.
