SSR Mining Inc. is a Canadian-based precious metal producer with operations in Turkey, the Americas, and Argentina. The company was founded in 1946 as Silver Standard Resources Inc., and changed its name to SSR Mining Inc. in August 2017. SSR Mining Inc. is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development, and operation of precious metal resource properties. The company explores for gold, silver, copper, lead, and zinc deposits. Its projects include the Çöpler Gold mine located in Erzincan, Turkey; the Marigold mine located in Humboldt County, Nevada, the United States; the Seabee Gold Operation located in Saskatchewan, Canada; and the Puna Operations in Jujuy, Argentina.

In addition to its core operations, SSR Mining Inc. is also involved in the development of a number of other projects.
