The Defense & Space segment provides fuselage, strut, nacelle, and wing aerostructures primarily for U.S. Government defense programs. The Aftermarket segment offers spare parts and MRO services, repairs for flight control surfaces and nacelles, radome repairs, rotable assets, engineering services, advanced composite repairs, and other repair and overhaul services.

Spirit AeroSystems is one of the world’s largest aerostructures manufacturers and one of the largest employers in the US with about 13,000 employees located in Tulsa and McAlester, OK; Subang, Malaysia; Winnipeg and North Bay, Canada; Prestwick, UK; Nagoya, Japan; and Kinston, NC. Its facilities include a world-class composite materials manufacturing center in Kinston and the world’s first titanium composite manufacturing facility in Tulsa. The company’s customer base includes almost all large commercial, business/regional jet and rotorcraft programs, as well as all major global OEMs.
