Rush Enterprises, Inc., is an integrated retailer of commercial vehicles and related services in the United States, operating a network of commercial vehicle dealerships under the Rush Truck Centers name. The dealerships primarily sell vehicles manufactured by Peterbilt, International, Hino, Ford, Isuzu, IC Bus, or Blue Bird, and offer additional services such as new and used commercial vehicles and aftermarket parts, as well as financing, leasing and rental services, and property and casualty insurance. Other services provided include equipment installation and repair, new vehicle pre-delivery inspection, truck modification, and natural gas fuel system installation services; body, chassis upfitting, and component installation services; and the sale of tires, new and used trailers, and vehicle telematics products. The company also manufactures compressed natural gas fuel systems and related component parts for commercial vehicles.

Rush Enterprises, Inc. serves regional and national fleets, corporations, local and state governments, and owner operators. It operates around 130 centers in 23 states, including Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. The company was founded by W. Marvin Rush in 1965, and is now headquartered in New Braunfels, Texas. It’s publically traded under the Nasdaq stock exchange, trading under the symbol “RUSHA”. Rush Enterprises also owns three subsidiary companies; Rush Refuse, Rush Secure Truck and Trailer Leasing, and Rush Ventures. Rush Refuse offers customers a variety of sanitation- and waste- disposal services, while Rush Secure Truck and Trailer Leasing leases and rents out trailers, tractors and trucks for customers, and Rush Ventures provides training and safety services. This multi-national corporation has grown to become one of the largest commercial vehicle dealerships in the United States.
