Nutex Health, Inc. provides technology-backed healthcare services and is divided into two areas. The Hospital division oversees the implementation and running of healthcare models in micro-hospitals, speciality hospitals and hospital outpatient departments, administering 21 institutions across 8 states. Additionally, the Population Health Management division oversees provider networks such as independent physician associations. This division is headquartered in Houston, Texas and has created its own cloud-based proprietary technology platform to link data from a variety of sources and settings to facilitate a comprehensive view of each patient and provider. In addition, management services organizations are enlisted to provide administrative, management, and other support services to the associated hospitals and physician groups.
