Annaly Capital Management, Inc. is a publicly traded firm that engages in the acquisition and management of mortgage-related and other investments in the United States. Founded in 1996 and headquartered in New York, N.Y., Annaly Capital Management, Inc., is a diversified capital manager that has become one of the largest and most successful mortgage REITs in the country.

Annaly employs a variety of strategies to earn income from mortgage-related and other investments and manage its assets.
