The Wealth Management segment provides financial advisor-led brokerage and investment advisory services, self-directed brokerage services, financial and wealth planning services, workplace services including stock plan administration, annuity and insurance products, securities-based lending, residential mortgages and other lending products, banking and retirement plan services. The Investment Management segment offers equity, fixed income, liquidity, and alternative/other products for benefit or defined contribution plans, foundations, endowments, government entities, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, and third-party fund sponsors and corporations.

Established in 1924, Morgan Stanley is headquarted in New York, New York. It operates in 42 countries and has more than 60,000 employees worldwide. It was the first company to float an IPO on an overseas exchange back in 2000 and has since been a leader in the international investment banking market.
