McGrath RentCorp is a business to business rental company that operates in the United States and internationally. It offers a variety of services, such as renting and selling relocatable modular buildings, portable storage containers, electronic test equipment and related accessories, and liquid and solid containment tanks and boxes. The company has four main segments: Mobile Modular, TRS-RenTelco, Adler Tanks, and Enviroplex.

The Mobile Modular segment rents and sells modular buildings that can be used for a variety of purposes such as classrooms, temporary offices, sales offices, construction field offices, restroom buildings, health care clinics, child care facilities, and office spaces. Additionally, this segment also rents and sells portable storage containers. The TRS-RenTelco segment rents and sells general purpose electronic test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, amplifiers, analyzers, signal source, and power source test equipment, as well as communications test equipment for fiber, copper, and wireless networks. The Adler Tanks segment rents fixed axle steel tanks for storing groundwater, wastewater, volatile organic liquids, sewage, slurry and bio sludge, oil and water mixtures, and chemicals, as well as vacuum containers, dewatering boxes, and roll-off and trash boxes. Finally, the Enviroplex segment manufactures and sells portable classrooms directly to public school districts and other educational institutions in California.

McGrath RentCorp was founded in 1979 and is headquartered in Livermore, California. The company has grown significantly over the years and now has more than 500 employees. It has a strong presence in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America, with more than 50 locations in the US and Canada and over 30 locations in Latin America. In addition, McGrath RentCorp is consistently ranked as one of the top rental companies in the US by Rental Equipment Register (RER).
