Mondelez International, Inc. has a long history, as it was originally founded in 1923 as a National Dairy Products Corporation. Over the years, the company has gone through several mergers and acquisitions, eventually becoming Kraft Foods Inc. in 2000. In 2012, the company changed its name to Mondelez International, Inc. and has since grown to become one of the largest snacks companies in the world.
