Eiffage has four main business segments: Construction, Infrastructure, Energy Systems and Concessions.

The Construction segment offers urban development, building design and construction, property development, and maintenance and facilities management services for public and private-sector customers in France and abroad.

The Infrastructure segment is involved in the civil engineering, road and rail design and construction, drainage, earthworks, and metallic construction activities.

The Energy Systems segment designs, constructs, integrates, operates, and maintains energy systems, telecommunication systems, and electric installations.

The Concessions segment finances, designs, builds, maintains, and services major infrastructure projects, public facilities and buildings, and urban developments. It also operates toll structures under concessions and public-private partnerships.

Eiffage operates in more than 60 countries worldwide and employs approximately 74,000 people. It is one of the top ten construction companies in the world and has a strong financial base. In 2019, it reported a turnover of €14.8 billion, with a net profit of €1.1 billion.
