Dow Inc. was formed following the separation of The Dow Chemical Company’s petrochemical, specialty products, and agrochemical businesses in 2018. Following the separation, Dow Inc. evolved as an independent, publicly traded entity, with shares listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Led by Jim Fitterling, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the company is headquartered in Midland, Michigan with its main research and development center in Collegeville, Pennsylvania.
