The CM-SS segment provides software-driven solutions for a variety of public and private transaction processes, such as Venue, ActiveDisclosure, eBrevia, and others. These solutions enable companies to extract data, analyze contracts, collaborate, and tag and validate certain SEC documents. The CM-CCM segment offers tech-enabled services which aid companies in meeting SEC compliance requirements. This segment also provides print and distribution solutions for deal solutions.

The IC-SS segment provides clients with the Arc Suite platform, which is a comprehensive suite of cloud-based solutions and services. It enables clients to store and manage compliance and regulatory information in a self-service and central repository. Likewise, it also enables them to access, assemble, edit, translate, render, and submit documents to regulators as needed. The IC-CCM segment offers tech-enabled solutions for creating and filing regulatory communications, as well as XBRL-formatted filings through the SEC EDGAR system. It also provides turnkey proxy services, including discovery, planning and implementation, print and mail management, solicitation, tabulation services, shareholder meeting review, and expert support.
