Copa Holdings, S.A. is a Panamanian airline holding company, founded in 1947 and based in Panama City, Panama. It is the parent company of Copa Airlines, a leading Latin American airline, and AeroRepublica, a regional airline in Colombia. Through its subsidiaries, Copa Holdings provides airline passenger and cargo services to 69 destinations in 29 countries in North, Central, and South America, as well as the Caribbean.

As of December 31, 2021, Copa Holdings operated a fleet of 91 aircraft comprising 77 Boeing 737-Next Generation aircraft and 14 Boeing 737 MAX 9 aircraft.
