CrossAmerica Partners LP

CrossAmerica Partners LP is involved in the trading of motor fuels and the administration of convenience stores in the US, along with the proprietorship and leasing of the property used for retail motor fuel distribution. It has two sections - Wholesale, and Retail. The Wholesale area is responsible for the distribution of motor fuel to lessee dealers, independent retailers, commission representatives, and firm-controlled retail sites. CrossAmerica GP LLC is the general partner of the company supplying motor fuel to nearly 1,750 stores across 34 states on a wholesale basis. They also are in charge of the sale of convenience merchandise items and motor fuels at their own sites and those owned by commission agents. As of December 31, 2021, they own or hold lease of around 1,150 sites. The business was initially referred to as Lehigh Gas Partners LP, yet it was rebranded as CrossAmerica Partners LP in October 2014. It was established in 1992 and is headquartered in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
